Online Training Courses

Work at your own pace through online training courses designed to improve your understanding of mental fitness, from introductory level through to practitioner.

Our courses use a lot of video content supported by text, images and downloadable audio content - to make them more accessible for different learning styles. The courses are delivered in bite sized modules designed to easily fit into your daily schedule. The content is independently assessed and certified by the Continued Professional Development (CPD) Certification Service.
